By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
All doll clothing and accessories are handmade and made to order. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before shipment. During holidays or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. Due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur.
All items are designed to fit most standard 18-inch dolls, including American Girl® and My Life As® dolls, unless otherwise stated.
Dolls shown in photos are not included with purchase.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Our products may contain small parts and are intended for doll play only. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
All product photos, designs, descriptions, and content are the property of this shop and may not be copied or used without permission.
